Order Processing & Business Hours

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We process Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays:

  • Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time / GMT -05:00)
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Observed Holidays (No Processing):
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier backlogs are out of our hands—but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Scope

We currently only ship within the continental U.S.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check your status via our Order Tracking page. Tracking link follows 1-2 business days later; check spam if missing.

Heads up: It may take 3–7 days for your tracking number to be registered in the carrier’s system. If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry—it’s likely en route.


Custom Orders

Personalized or custom items require extra time for our creative team to finalize. Design time varies by complexity—please be patient as we perfect your unique order!


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Why?

  • Incomplete/incorrect addresses may lead to delivery failure or disposal by carrier.
  • We cannot resend or refund items shipped to the wrong address due to buyer error.
  • Re-shipping will incur a new shipping fee.
  • We are not liable for lost, redirected, or stolen parcels after they leave our facility.
