At Booteecamp, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a stress-free shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our refund terms below.


Cancellations — Change of Mind Happens

Mistakes are part of life — we get it! If you’ve placed an order and realized you need to change or cancel it, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to do so.

To cancel, simply email us at [email protected] within that 24-hour window, and we’ll cancel your order free of charge and issue a full refund.

⏰ After 24 hours?
Unfortunately, we send all orders into production quickly — especially since many of our products are made to order. Once in production, your order cannot be changed or canceled.


Exchanges — One Shot, So Choose Wisely

We do not offer direct exchanges for size, design, or quantity issues due to the custom nature of our products. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

You may cancel within the 24-hour window and place a corrected order.

Returns & Refunds — We’ve Got Your Back

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or differs significantly from what was described, you’re covered.

Eligible Refund Situations:

  • Items arrive damaged or broken
  • Wrong size, design, or material (not matching order)
  • You received the wrong product
  • Significant mismatch from product description

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products with small thread issues or fixable flaws
  • Damaged items not caused by us
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Submitting a Refund Request

To start a return or refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  • Photos of the issue or damage
  • Shipping label or delivery confirmation
  • Any relevant communication (e.g., prior support emails)

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Important: Do not ship your item back until you receive our return confirmation email with full instructions and return address.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. You’ll be notified via email once it’s been completed.

Note: It may take 10–15 days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. If it’s taking longer, please contact them directly.


180-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns up to 180 days from the delivery date. After that, all sales are final, and we won’t be able to process refunds.
